Dr. Rosanna Saladin-Subero is a dynamic leader with over two decades of expertise in driving development and social impact initiatives. She has worked with various entities, including governments, NGOs, and grassroots organizations, to drive socio-economic and community-focused initiatives. She has successfully led multi-million-dollar initiatives, fostering meaningful partnerships and generating substantial funding for programs in education, health, and economic development.

Academically, Rosanna has an impressive background. She earned her PhD in International Families and Communities from Clemson University, a Master of Arts in Commerce from Otaru University of Commerce in Japan, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo. Additionally, she has pursued further learning with certifications in Project Management for International Development, Women's Entrepreneurship, and Ideal Life Horizon coaching.
