
With over two decades immersed in the corporate arena, Christine brings a wealth of multifaceted experience across various business functions, predominantly within the realm of Human Resources. Specializing in Performance Management, Leadership Development, Manager Training, Wellness Programs, Process Design, Change Management, and Operations, she has honed her expertise to drive impactful organizational strategies.
Having spearheaded internal HR teams, Christine has also played a pivotal role in coaching and developing executive teams and departments, and fostering a culture of excellence and growth within organizations. Her capabilities extend beyond strategic planning to hands-on facilitation, where she has conducted numerous trainings to to drive meaningful change.
Outside of work, Christine finds joy in her role as an active mother to four wonderful children, including three teenagers and a spirited 7-year-old. This blend of family and professional life has given her a profound understanding of the challenges we all face in juggling our various roles and responsibilities.
